Breakfast: Oatmeal or Granola, mixed with nuts and dried fruits. (I will have premixed the cereal with powdered milk); protein bar, coffee.
*****
Lunch: 7oz of salmon, tuna, or chicken with 1-2 oz of cheese. Crackers and candy bar. Crystal Light drink.
*****
Dinner: Nile dry soups, Mountain House or Backpacker Pantry freeze dried dinners, Crystal Light drink, hot chocolate for cold rainy nights. (Which are hopefully few to none.)
